Holders pick
the stock.
The Bag buys it.
Every trade on this site puts 1.5% into the Bag. Every two days, $BAGS holders lock their tokens to vote on one of eight stocks, and the Bag buys the winner. No team picks. No owner. No withdrawals, except your own tokens.

Other bags are empty. Or someone else fills them.
Most memecoins are a ticker and a Telegram. The few that buy real assets let a team decide what goes in, and when, and whether it ever comes out again.
Here the stock gets picked by the people holding $BAGS, bought by a contract that has no owner, and kept where anyone can see it.
Follow one coin into the Bag.
You trade here
Buy or sell $BAGS on this site, on the Pons curve or later the Uniswap pool.
1.5% drops in
In the same transaction, in ETH, straight into the Bag.
Holders vote
Every two days, lock $BAGS behind one of eight stocks. One token, one vote.
The winner is bought
The Bag turns its ETH into the stock that won, and keeps it.
Why lock to vote? If votes were counted by balance, someone could vote, send their tokens to a second wallet and vote again, as many times as they like. Here the tokens that voted sit in the Bag contract until the round ends, then you take them back in one click, or roll them straight into the next vote. Locked tokens can't be sold until the round ends.
Who presses buy? Any wallet holding 0.4% of $BAGS, locked tokens included. It takes two steps five minutes apart: the first records the prices, the second buys. If a price has moved more than 0.75% in between, that buy sits the round out, and no swap can push a price more than 1.5% past the recorded one. A round nobody votes in buys nothing; its ETH waits for the next winner.
What the Bag can't do. It has no owner, no admin and no upgrade. It can't sell, and nothing leaves it except each voter's own locked $BAGS. It never touches the creator fee Pons pays on every trade: the Bag runs only on the 1.5% site fee.
You are the fund manager.
Eight stocks, a new round every two days. The most $BAGS locked wins.
Voting opens when $BAGS launches. Tap a stock to pick it.
Locked $BAGS stays in the Bag contract until the round ends, then it's yours to take back or roll into the next vote. You can add more to your pick during a round, but not switch.
What's in it, right now.
After each round, any wallet with 0.4% of $BAGS can buy that round's winner: prepare records the prices, execute buys 5 to 65 minutes later.
Every trade here fills the Bag.
Buys and sells go to the Pons curve until $BAGS graduates, then to its Uniswap pool. 1.5% of each trade goes into the Bag in the same transaction. Pons charges its usual fees on top, the same as trading anywhere.
Read this before you buy.
It is a memecoin.$BAGS has no intrinsic value and no expectation of return. Holding it is not a claim on anything in the Bag, and nothing in the Bag is ever paid out to holders.
Self-reviewed, not audited. The contracts were written and tested against live mainnet pools by their author, and the review is published. Nobody independent has audited them.
Locked means locked.Tokens you vote with can't be sold until the round ends, up to two days. Only lock what you are happy to hold that long.
It depends on volume. The Bag fills only from trades made on this site. Trades on other sites pay it nothing. Low volume means a small Bag.
Buys have limits, not guarantees. Each buy is capped and can only move a price 1.5%, but someone determined could still make one buy pay up to that much more than it should.
Stock tokens are restricted.Robinhood stock tokens give economic exposure, not shares, and are not available everywhere, including to US persons. Check your own eligibility.
